KistMate is a digital ledger SaaS platform operated by Upendra Kumar. It is a record-keeping tool only. KistMate is not a bank, NBFC, or lender of any kind. We do not provide loans, manage funds, or act as any form of financial intermediary.

KistMate collects only the information you voluntarily enter, including:

• Business name and mobile number (for your profile)
• Borrower names, mobile numbers, and addresses
• KYC document images (photos uploaded by you)
• Loan amounts, payment records, and transaction history
• Digital signatures captured on-device

This data is used exclusively for your own record-keeping within the app and is never used for advertising or profiling.

All data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure maintained by Base44. Sensitive data such as KYC photos, signatures, and financial records are stored with industry-standard encryption (AES-256).

Data is not shared with, sold to, or uploaded to any unauthorized third-party servers. Your 4-digit security PIN is stored as a hashed string and never transmitted in plain text.

Subscription payments and credit pack purchases are processed by Razorpay. KistMate does not store your card or bank account details. Razorpay's privacy policy applies to all payment transactions.

SMS reminders are sent via your device's native SMS app. KistMate does not independently send messages on your behalf.

KistMate and Upendra Kumar are not responsible for any financial disputes, loan defaults, money loss, or disagreements between users and their borrowers. This app is a digital diary — all financial decisions and risks are solely the user's responsibility.

• Data is retained as long as your account is active.
• Upon account deletion, data is purged within 30 days.
• You may request data deletion via Settings → Danger Zone.
• You have the right to access, correct, and export your data.
